The Ground Transport Concierge (GTC) is a 24-hour transport service designed to handle passengers' transportation needs. It is located in the Arrival Hall of each terminal. Please refer to Changi Airport website's online map for directions to the Ground Transport Concierge Counter.

This online store serves as an advance booking request for your ground transport.

Effective from 1 April 2026

⚠️ Surcharges listed above are additional fees payable directly to the driver, and will be charged on top of the selected base fare (Large Taxi or Limousine Taxi).

To ensure we can accommodate your request, please perform the booking at least 24 hours in advance. For requests made within 24 hours of the desired service time, guests will be processed as a walk-in upon arrival at the GTC counter.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Once confirmed, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations. Please ensure your booking details are correct before completing your purchase.
